Our Promise to You

We are so confident you and your pets are going to love our products, that we offer a 365 day money-back guarantee on every purchase made through our website. That means if you are not 100% satisfied with Prana Pets or our products, you can request a refund any time, for any reason. 

Refunds will be made based on the purchase price of the product(s), minus shipping and handling costs. 

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Refused or undelivered orders will also be refunded according to this policy, less all fees and shipping and handling costs. The customer is responsible for providing a deliverable postal address when placing the order. You have 365 days from when your product was shipped to request a refund. We do not issue returns past the 365 day period.  

Return Instructions

To begin your return, please complete these steps: 

  • Send an email to info@pranapets.com with your completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form (DOWNLOAD HERE). Please note, your RMA number is your order number.
  • In order for your return to be accepted, you must ship back all items you would like to return, along with the RMA form.
  • To make this process as fast and efficient as possible, we request that once you ship your package back to us, that you email the tracking number to info@pranapets.com. This is so we can verify that your package has been received and issue the refund promptly. Prana Pets is not responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected by our processing center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Refunds for purchases made with a gift card / prepaid credit card will go back to the same card. If the card no longer exists, please let us know before the refund is processed and we will issue a company check.
